Guruji Mohan and Shree Abhimanyu do prohibit to publish and to market in their names. This includes any kind of recordings of their lectures and other works such as pictures, CDs, DVDs, films, video streams, websites, books, audio records and any further way of recording without their previous permission. .

Guruji Mohan and Shree Abhimanyu explicitly point out to respect the legal protection of German Law according to “Urheberrechte nach UrHG, KunstUrhG, § 823 BGB”.

It is prohibited to offer courses, seminars or any other kind of events with reference to Guruji Mohan and/or Shree Abhimanyu, including any commercial use. Offences will be prosecuted.

The attendance of his lectures, workshops and other events may not be referred to as authorized training. Guruji Mohan does emphasize that he does not train pupils, devotees or disciples.
